You will enjoy a huge variety in every respect. Not only within our hybrid working arrangement between the RO Real Estate office in Farringdon, our HQ in Potters Bar and from home, but also within your pinnacle role as the Team Personal Assistant and being our resident MS 365 Champion. Our team has significant experience and broad expertise in dealing with all aspects of asset investment, management and development including, planning, landlord and tenant, marketing, project management and safety and risk management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be key to enhancing the Real Estate Team and Executive’s efficiency and effectiveness by:

Supporting investment, development and property management activities utilising technology and advanced skills in all MS 365 productivity apps

Timely provision of management information and reports
-
Maintaining internal and external information databases
-
Meeting and action management
-
Arranging functions, events, internal and external meetings, as well as conference/Teams calls
-
Preparing Board papers and taking minutes
-
Liaising and collaborating with colleagues to achieve targets and enhance performance
-
Office management, including facilities and health and safety whilst achieving our net zero targets

Gained administrative experience from an office environment of executives and multi-disciplinary teams, preferably within the real estate sector

Excellent communication skills and confident when working with customers
Your Systems Knowledge:
​

You will need in depth experience of Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with Teams and other Apps; Tasks, To Do, Planner and OneNote in particular.

Ability to use Nitro Pro
-
Awareness of HighQ, DocuSign, CoStar, Power Automate and Power BI would be advantageous, but training would also be provided.
