Throughout its history the RO has been involved in a number of financing businesses from insurance broking and hire purchase to development finance.

We have recently set up RO Finance as a vehicle to jointly fund both residential and commercial property opportunities, partnering with like-minded individuals / family offices / institutions. Working with such individuals / organisations it is anticipated that between us appropriate opportunities offering attractive returns will be generated.

In future, the RO will also seek out further investments in lending to businesses to grow and develop them as we have done before in the organisation’s history.
